Mr. Sunil Jayasoma - Managing Director
A member of the Chartered Institute of Engineers in Sri Lanka, Mr. Jayasoma has 40 years of overseas and local experience in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Power Generation. Prior to joining JLANKA, Mr. Jayasoma held several senior engineering positions in the Gulf, serving globally recognized companies including Gardiner & Theobald for over 10 years. Mr. Jayasoma has also been a part of prestigious projects such as the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and the Dubai Golf Club. Mr. Jayasoma is Instrumental in training and maintaining the installation quality to the highest international standards.

Mrs Gunaseeli Jayasoma – Director Operations
Mrs Jayasoma is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience, 18 of which have been spent working in Europe, the Middle East, UK, UAE and Botswana across all disciplines of cost and commercial management. A few global organizations that she has been a part of include William C. Inman & Partners (UK), Mace International Ltd (UAE), Kille & Dannhauser (Botswana), Special Consultancy for Government of Botswana, and the State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka. Her project portfolio includes the flagship Jumeirah Beach Residence development, as well as a number of specialized pre-contract assignments where she provided feasibility and budget advice to clients. Mrs Jayasoma brings international experience to the large scale project implementation and operations management.

Mr Channa Buddha Mudalige – Technical Manager
Mr ChannaMudalige is a qualified engineer from Open University of Sri Lanka with vast theoretical and practical knowledge in Electrical and Communication fields. He has more than 8 years hands on experience in developing embedded systems with Microcontrollers. His versatile practical knowledge and application in Electrical and Electronic fields has been a great asset to the success of JLANKA. He has been in the forefront in designing the Solar PV Electrical systems, Installations and coordinating with our European Partners for design verification. His commitment, dedication, team work and training the junior team has been indispensable towards JLANKA success.

Mr Prabath Premathilake – Senior System Development Engineer
Mr Prabath Premathilake is qualified from University of Ruhuna in Electrical and Information Engineering. He has vast experience in Energy management and efficiency as an undergraduate. His innovation, commitment and hard work have been a landmark in JLANKA’s success in solar field. His customer interface and Technical ability has been proven mature and unparallel. Mr Prabhath understand customer expectations and JLANKA standards, he ensures hassle free system design and project implementation. His communication and organisational skill is a good example to new engineers joining the Technical team.

Mr Lasitha Lakmal – Installation Manager
Mr Lasitha Lakmal is the senior installation Manager with more than 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, electromechanical installations and fault diagnosis. He has worked for prominent company in Sri Lanka for several years and then worked for overseas company in Quatar before joining JLANKA. His knowledge in electrical and mechanical fields have been the key success of installation projects carried out by JLANKA installation team. He is a dedicated and reliable team player of our company.  His commitment ensures JLANKA solar installation projects are completed to national and international standards.

Chief Executive Officer / Director Technical
Dr.Mayura is an organized and goal-oriented individual, with strong leadership capabilities, backed by significant Electrical and Electronic design experience in UK and Europe. He has served as the head of R&D with wide-range of experience in research, technology development, and product development of high-tech businesses. While his product knowledge extends to automation controllers, industrial drives, motors and advanced instrumentation, his strength lies in his ability to direct complex projects from conception to completion under strict budget constraints. He has an uncompromising vision to make JLANKA the most technical competent renewable energy system integrator in Sri Lanka.
