International Conference on Advanced Marketing ICAM 2017 will create a golden platform for marketing academics, public policy makers, and marketing practitioners interested in Marketing to understand the linkage between various new developments and future of marketing. This year’s conference theme “Marketing for Next Generation” will broadly cover all disciplines of marketing from fundamental research to its applications recognizing a wide area that call for greater research, debate, and action from both local to global levels. ICAM 2017 is organized by the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM).
A. Parasuraman ("Parsu") is a Professor and Holder of the James W. McLamore Chair in Marketing (endowed by the Burger King Corporation) at the School of Business, University of Miami. He is an internationally known expert in service quality and services marketing. In 1988 Dr. Parasuraman was selected as one of the "Ten Most Influential Figures in Quality" by the editorial board of The Quality Review, co-published by the American Quality Foundation and the American Society for Quality Control. He has subsequently received numerous other recognitions, the most recent of which is his induction in 2016 as a Fellow of the American Marketing Association.
Prof. Sergius Koku is a tenured full professor at the Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA. He holds the JD from the University of Miami School of Law, PhD (Finance and Marketing) MBA (Finance) and MA (Applied Economics), all from Rutgers University, MBA (Marketing) from Oregon State University, and BA Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from University of the Virgin Islands. Prof. Sergius Koku is a well known interdisciplinary researcher.
